Biography: Barbro grew up in Sweden and has been living in New Zealand since 1994. She has been to many parts of the world including spending 14 consecutive winter ski seasons (northern and southern hemispheres) as a ski instructor, instructor trainer and manager. It seemed a logical step for her to help other people with their travels and therefore became involved in the travel industry in 2003. Since then it has been all go with a constant strong growth of returning customers. Barbro is also responsible for the day to day dealings of the business and credits the strength and success of Harbour City Travel to the team environment with the many talents that each team member has.

Biography: Stephen has worked in the Wellington Travel Industry since 1985. He started off with a good grounding at the New Zealand Government Tourist Bureau and then focused his career predominately as a corporate travel consultant. Stephen enjoys discovering new destinations, and experiencing new food and different cultures.

Biography: Brydie finished her studies in the travel and tourism industry in 2011 and then joined Harbour City Travel. In 2008 she spent 9 months travelling around Europe spending most of her time in Sicily, Italy. Brydie is from Nelson and has seen a lot of the South Island.

Biography: Kate is a very keen traveller who grew up in Wellington. She worked as a consultant and then branch manager for STA Travel from 1992-1999. She and her family relocated to London for 4 years from 2004-2007 and had a family goal of experiencing as much of Western Europe and the UK as possible. She has experienced holidaying and travelling with children all over the world. She has stayed in family resorts such as Club Med BinTan Island, Esprit Holidays in the Swizz Alps, Pierre  Vacances  in South of France, Sicily and Disneyland Paris.  After returning to Wellington she has continued to travel with a focus on the Pacific, Asia and North America with and without her children. Kate is also a very keen skier.

Biography: Joanna worked in the travel industry from 1987 to 2000 first with Qantas and then with New Zealand Government Travel Services. After some time raising a family she joined Harbour City Travel in 2012. Joanna loves the idea of travel as there is a whole world out there for people to experience. The world is an amazing product to sell as people enjoy going on holidays visiting regular places and exploring new areas.

Biography: Chris is from Wellington. After a couple of years working on various farms in the North Island he started ski instructing at Whakapapa, Mt Ruapehu, in 1983. The next 12 years were spent travelling between the northern and southern hemispheres working as a ski instructor, race coach, instuctor trainer and ski school manager. Prior to getting involved in the travel industry in 2003 Chris spent 7 years in Wellington marketing, organising and running regional and national events. He believes a large proportion of people will always need help with their travel, in one form or another. It is a matter of making sure that the right people are available in assisting with this.
