Business Travel with Harbour City Travel
Harbour City Travel focuses on small to medium sized businesses travelling internationally. Our New Zealand based business customers generally travel two to seven times a year to various parts of the world. The majority of itineraries are never the same either in destinations or number of staff travelling.
World travel can be a complex affair and our inhouse systems combined with the knowledge of our staff, suppliers and customers is invaluable.
Barbro Scott, Stephen Hicks and Joanna Buxton attend to the majority of all business travel requirements. We store individual staff profiles, authority process systems, business travel spend, history of travel and future intended travel on site.
We also provide travel insurance, Foreign Exchange through Travelex, Passport and Country Visa assistance.
Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Appointments can be made during these times. We offer an emergency telephone number when travelling.
